Learn to Dance Foxtrot with Videos

I used this video when I was frist learning to dance more than a decade ago. I found it quite helpful. I was nervous taking lessons in dance classes. But after watching the video I gained a lot of confidence. The dance instructor even commented, "You look really relaxed now,? What happened?

Reviewer: Sonia Y. Newton (Lewisburg, PA USA) says:

"You Can Dance Foxtrot by Vicki Regan is an excellent video for the beginner with little or no previous dance experience. She and her partner Ron De Vito begin by walking in time to a basic foxtrot rhythm and in 45 minutes systematically build on this to teach the basic walk (forward and back), the rock turn, the promenade and the promenade with turn. In addition they show ways to combine these four steps so that you can feel comfortable improvising on the dance floor. "

"The tape is easy to follow and you can practice alone or with a partner. Keep in mind however, that it is targeted towards the beginner. If you've ever taken a foxtrot dance class or looked at any other dance videos, you'll probably find this to be to basic for you."
